The drivein5 course is designed to teach you to drive and pass the theory test in 5 days. Once the theory test has been passed the practical test can be booked.
If you were unfortunate and failed your theory test you would receive free unlimited theory test training at our training centre for up to 12 months to help you improve and pass your theory test.
You attend our registered training centre in Dudley at 9am and finish at 5pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9am until 2.30pm. Your theory test is usually taken on the Friday afternoon subject to booking availability.
Monday morning you will be greeted by the theory class tutor for your induction class followed by introduced to your fully qualified DVSA driving instructor. Then you will go out on the road for practical driving lessons, in car training will be with the same driving instructor and car on a 1 to 1 basis. Once you have finished your practical driving you will continue your classroom theory training until 5pm. This training schedule continues through Monday to Friday with your theory test on the Friday afternoon instead of in class training.
A driving test is not booked on the course as a theory pass is required to book the practical driving test. Once the theory test is passed we can then book the driving test if required, we can usually get a practical test up to 50% quicker than the national average.
Candidates that have not taken the theory test and had some driving experience:-
Once the course has been completed in full the candidate should be at a high enough standard to pass the theory test, drive safely and book the practical test.
Candidates that have not taken the theory test and have no driving experience:-
Once the course has been completed in full the candidate should be at a high enough standard to pass the theory test. Extra driving lessons would normally be needed to achieve test standard, however the practical test could be booked.
Candidates that have been banned from driving and have to take an extended driving test:- Once the course has been completed in full the candidate should be at a high enough standard to pass the theory test, drive safely and book the practical test.
The Drivein5 course is not suitable for candidates who have passed the theory test. We would recommend an intensive driving course which concentrates on practical driving. Call 0800 44 88 288 for details of our intensive driving courses.
There is no guarantee that a candidate will reach test standard as achieving the test standard is completely down to the candidates ability but rest assured our professional trainers will do their very best to get the candidate to test standard.

‘No Further Lessons Were Needed’
‘4 Wheelz have been nothing but courteous & helpful throughout, from office staff to my instructor. I booked for my first lesson as a refresher & was told to my delight and surprise, that no further lessons were needed. Fantastic company!’
‘I like the method of Accelerated Learning, it really helps. I also admire their approach to each driving lesson.’
‘Never Late and Always Relaxed’
‘I was attracted to 4wheelz due to the special offers available, the staff were friendly and helpful over the phone, Russell my instructor was professional, helpful, kind and confident to a point where I started to look forward to my lessons. Russell was never late and always relaxed and his encouragement was what pushed me to pass my test. A very good instructor and asset to every pupil I think.’
